Where did you say they are from? I mean the family and not where you have seen the name.

The wich ending is from English phonetic spelling. The one starting with Neil is not Euro. Numbers 2 & 4 are pronounced exactly the same. Number 1 is the only one that has a 'v' sound that is spelled with a 'v' so I'd throw that out. Number 2 has a v in the ending of VYCZ and Europeans don't typically use a v in the spelling of words that end in the sound of vich (but they could have moved from one country to another within eastern Euro that caused this to happen -- but unlikely).

So, I think your name is either 2 or 4....with number 4 being the most likely.
